Keeps crashing on an Android phone and Apple iPad

Crashes all the time. Restart my phone works maybe once or twice then crashes. The reason for the crash is low or no data connection. Instead of gracefully exiting or giving a message it freezes and crashes. Only the best of code for this app. Of course this only happens if you are a technician and have multiple sites loaded. Fun!

The app only works a hand full of times. The other times when you open the app, it immediately closes. Very very frustrating and the company doesn't deal/ talk with customers only the person who installed it. And that person is unreachable.

Terrible have 4 cameras, none work. 1 of the cameras was never right. Takes mths to reply, complains the whole time trying to fix it. What a waste of money.

Worst System for Business. Installed eclipse cameras in business and the app on tablet. App was very difficult to install on tablet and now keeps crashing. Called customer service. Waste of time. Instructed to contact the installer of video surveillance cameras. now I'm responsible for a additional service fee and app still crashing. These cameras and app were provided by ATT.

Very difficult to navigate. Can't watch video.
